Date counting rules that change the answer
Difference between dates vs inclusive counting
If you count from Monday to Friday as a gap, the answer is four days. If you include both Monday and Friday as days that matter, the answer is five days. Use the include-end option for attendance, rental, travel or streak counts where the final day should be counted too.
